Whole blood-plasma Ratio (BP) is one of the important parameters to measure drug distribution from Blood to tissues and organs, that is, the concentration ratio of compounds in whole blood and Plasma respectively. The determination of the whole blood/plasma concentration ratio of the drug is helpful to better understand the pharmacokinetic properties of the drug, and can also provide a reference for the evaluation of potential blood toxicity.
