Antibody coupling drugs are composed of antibody +linker+ toxic small molecules, which have both the strong effect of traditional small molecule drugs and the targeting of antibody drugs. The main metabolites in the incubation system were evaluated by the ADC metabolite identification test, the metabolic site and metabolic pathway of payload were understood, and the reference was provided for the subsequent selection of toxicological animal species.
